The mission of the Foundation is as follows:

The Foundation funds grants pertaining to medical research, education, social justice, sustainability, and city beautification; together with other activities as deemed appropriate by the Board of Trustees.

 Grant requests must be submitted on the Ohio Common Grant Form-Short Form, which can be downloaded from the Ohio Grantmakers Forum (OGF) website atwww.ohiograntmakers.org.  The request must include Sections 1-8, and be submitted during the first quarter of each calendar year.
